What if I already have a marketing team?

Many of our clients have a small marketing team already, but need a more advanced approach or particular marketing activities done.Often in this scenario we either take on a director role to manage your team’s approach and/or provide technical and creative support only in the areas your team does not have the capacity for. The benefit to our team services is that you get access to experts in every field of marketing, not just one. Talk about a stacked team!

What happens when I am ready to have an internal marketing team?

One of our goals is to grow our clients revenue to the point of outgrowing our services. When your budget for marketing salaries hits roughly $300, 000/year it starts to become more affordable to hire your own team (although many of our clients stay with us beyond this point).

We only want your success which is why we offer full training and onboarding for your new team when the time is right.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

For marketing team services we require a minimum order size of 15 hours per week. The reason for this is because the service is designed for companies to be able to get a number of ever changing tasks done simultaneously. If we are working on 3 tasks at a time, this becomes 5 hours per task per week. Any less than this and we might not be able to make progress effectively.

How does the billing work?

Although hours are weekly, billing occurs monthly, averaging the number of weeks over the course of a year.

We accept credit card, e-transfer, direct deposit and wire transfer.

Will we be contracted in long-term?

Our contracts generally last for one year, but we are quite flexible to meet your needs. We often do shorter contracts or ‘open’ contracts where you can terminate the contract within the first 3 months at any time as a guarantee for our quality.

Is there a way to ensure quality work?

The marketing industry is filled with bad marketers. To ensure our work is the highest quality before a purchase, take a look at our case studies and book a meeting to test our metal. We pride ourselves on our quality and are not afraid of a challenge.

Generally speaking there will be 3-5 people on your team working with you on a daily basis with additional employees coming in for specific tasks when needed.
