What is the IGS lean marketing plan?

Other than outlining the essentials like customer persona and price, a lean marketing plan is very different from a traditional one. So what does it look like?
  • We plan at the campaign level which removes theory and abstract concepts and allows us to get more granular with how we want to execute each project.
  • Rather than writing a long document on what the company wants to do, we decide on the most effective channels and methods for your business and create a gantt chart with deadlines and expected outcomes.
  • We plan campaigns quarterly, not annually. Startups are ever changing and often write a plan that no longer suits them 6 months later. We always plan for long term results, but break down the methods of getting there into smaller bite sized chunks.
